摘 要:目的:探讨运脾颗粒对幼龄厌食模型大鼠胃肠激素水平和小肠吸收功能的影响。方法:将60只SD幼龄大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组(儿宝颗粒,1.75g/kg)、运脾颗粒高、中、低剂量组(4.20、2.10、1.05 g/kg),每组10只,采用特制高脂饲料喂养建立厌食症大鼠模型,造模和给药期间监测大鼠的体质量和摄食量,采用ELISA法测定各组大鼠血清胃泌素(GAS)及生长抑素(SS)含量,取胃窦部胃壁组织,制备组织匀浆,ELISA法测定胃窦GAS及SS含量。结果:造模后大鼠体质量和24小时摄食量明显减少,血清和胃窦GAS含量明显降低、SS含量明显升高(P<0.05);给药后,运脾颗粒不同剂量组大鼠体质量和24小时摄食量均有不同程度的增加,高、中剂量组血清GAS均升高,胃窦GAS升高,胃窦SS降低(P<0.05)。结论:运脾颗粒对幼龄厌食模型大鼠胃肠激素水平具有一定的调节作用。Objective:To explore the effect of YunPi granule on gastrointestinal hormone and intestinal ab-sorption function of juvenile anorexia rat models. Methods:All 60 SD young rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, positive control group (Erbao granule, 1.75 g/kg), high-dose group of YunPi granule (4.20 g/kg), middle-dose group of YunPi granule (2.10 g/kg), and low-dose group of YunPi granule (1.05 g/kg) with ten rats in each group. Rat model with anorexia was established by feeding special high fat diet. The body weight and food intake were monitored during the course of modeling and administration. The serum GAS and SS contents were determined by ELISA method. At the same time, antral gastric tissue was taken, and tissue ho-mogenate was prepared. Antral GAS and SS contents were determined by ELISA method. Results:After modeling, the body weight and the 24-hour feeding amounts of rats significantly reduced. GAS contents of serum and gastric antrum remarkably decreased. Moreover, the content of SS obviouslYincreased (P〈0.05);After administration, the body weight and the 24-hour feeding amounts of rats in different dosage groups increased in different degrees. The levels of the serum GAS and the GAS of gastric antrum in the high and middle dose groups increased, and SS con-tents of gastric antrum decreased (P〈0.05). Conclusion:YunPi granule has a regulatory effect on gastrointestinal hormone levels in juvenile anorexia rat models.
