《敦煌汉简》与《居延汉简》医药简中的药物制度

摘　　要：对《敦煌汉简》与《居延汉简》医药简中药物制度进行探究,指出西北敦煌、居延边塞屯戍队伍中,有一整套药物制度:1)中央朝廷领导戍边队伍药物行政、药物官吏体系的主体制度;2)药物机构自成体系的制度;3)药物和成方供给、吏卒就医用药的免费制度;4)药物采购在财务上的支出制度;5)对基层亭燧药物备置及检查制度等。以上制度保障了吏卒的健康和战斗力不受影响,确保了汉朝王廷对西域地区的管辖。By studying the drug systems in medical bamboo slips such as Dunhuang Bamboo Slips of Han Dynasty and Juyan Bamboo Slips of Han Dynasty, a full set of drug systems were found in the northwestern frontier fortress armies Dunhuang and Juyan：1） The national autonomy leading the drug administration and drug official sys-tem of the frontier fortress armies are taken as the body system. 2） System such as the drug agency establishes its own system. 3） System such as the supply of the drug and set prescription, the medical service and medication for garrison officers are free. 4） System such as the fiscal expenditure system for drug purchase. 5） System such as preparation and examination system for basic pavilion and beacon tower drugs. The systems above could keep the health and the fighting capability of the garrison officers free from the impacts, and guarantee the administration of the national autonomy of Han Dynasty on the Western Region.
