陇中骨刺膏治疗膝关节骨关节炎96例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察陇中骨刺膏外敷治疗早、中期膝关节骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将早、中期膝关节骨关节炎患者96例随机分为治疗组和对照组各48例,治疗组外敷陇中骨刺膏治疗,对照组外敷奇正消痛贴治疗,共治疗4周,观察2组临床疗效。结果:2组在减轻疼痛,缓解肿胀,改善关节活动等方面与治疗前对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组控制显效率68.75%,总有效率为91.67%,对照组控制显效率60.42%,总有效率为81.25%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:陇中骨刺膏外敷治疗早、中期膝关节骨关节炎疗效优于奇正消痛贴外敷。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of LongZhong GuCi ointment （LongZhong Bone Spur pemplastrum） for external use in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in the early and middle stages. Methods：All 96 patients with knee osteoarthritis in the early and middle stages were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 48 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated by external application of LongZhong Gu-Ci ointment, and the control group was treated by external application of QiZheng XiaoTong plaster （QiZheng Pain Relieving plaster）. The treatment courses of the two groups were four weeks totally. Results：Compared the effects from the aspects of relieving pain, relieving swelling and the improvement of the joints activities of two groups with pre-treatment, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The markedly effective rate of the treatment group was 68.75%, total effective rate was 91.67%, and the rates of the control group were 60.42%and 81.25%, the differences between two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Clinical effects of LongZhong GuCi ointment are better than these of QiZheng XiaoTong plaster in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in the early and middle stages.
