焦点解决疗法团体心理辅导在胃癌患者围术期的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨焦点解决疗法团体心理辅导在胃癌患者围术期的应用效果。方法 80例胃癌手术患者随机分为焦点解决疗法团体心理辅导组与对照组各40例,对照组接受胃癌常规护理,心理辅导组在常规护理模式的基础上采用焦点解决疗法团体心理辅导;对比两组胃癌手术患者干预前后的应激反应、焦虑与抑郁情绪、希望水平。结果入院时,两组患者的心率与收缩压及焦虑、抑郁、希望水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);进入手术室后麻醉前,心理辅导组患者的心率与收缩压低于对照组,焦虑、抑郁、希望水平情况均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌围术期患者接受焦点解决疗法团体心理辅导,可以显著缓解患者的应激反应,改善焦虑、抑郁情绪和希望水平。Objective To understand the effects of solution-focused therapy group counseling in nursing patients of gastric cancer during the perioperative period. Method 80 patients of gastric cancer were randomly divided an experimental group n =（40） and a control group（n = 40）. The control group were administered with conventional nursing while the experimental group were administered with solution-focused therapy group counseling in addition to that given to the control group. The stress,anxiety,depression and level of hope of both groups were then compared. Findings At admission,no significant difference was observed between the two groups in heart rate and systolic blood pressure and anxiety,depression,and hope level（P〉0. 05）. Before anesthesia,the heart rate and systolic blood pressure of the experimental group were lower than those in the control group. The anxiety,depression,hope level of the experimental group were also better than those of the control group. The differences were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion‘Solution-focused therapy group counseling＇ can effectively significantly relieve the stress reaction,anxiety and depression,and improve the level of hope of the patients of gastric cancer during the perioperative period.
