摘　　要：莱菔子为萝卜(Raphanus sativus L.)的干燥成熟种子,含生物碱、硫代葡糖苷、异硫氰酸盐、黄酮、挥发油、脂肪油、蛋白质、多糖等化学成分,具有平喘、镇咳、祛痰、抗氧化、降血压、降血脂、抗菌、增强胃肠道动力、改善泌尿系统等多种药理作用。本文综述了近年莱菔子化学成分和药理作用的研究概况,为其开发和利用提供理论依据。Raphani semen is the dry mature seed of Raphanus sativus L. which contains alkaloids, glucosinolates, isothiocyanates, flavonoids, volatile oil, fatty oil, protein, polysaccharides, etc. It also exhibits various pharmacological effects such as relieving asthma, relieving cough, expelling phlegm, antioxidation, lowering blood pressure, reducing blood lipid, antibiosis, promoting gastrointestinal motility and improving urinary system. This paper summarizes the recent chemical and pharmacological studies on Raphani semen, aiming to provide scientific basis for the development and utilization of it.
