摘　　要：目的总结了激光泪道成型术治疗及术后坚持泪道冲洗的经验。方法主要包括应用激光手术探通阻塞部位并放置乳胶义管的方法,保留3~6个月,门诊不间断冲洗泪道,每周2~3次。结果 180例激光治疗泪道患者中治愈163例,好转14例,总有效率98%,无效3例,占2%。结论认为坚持保留义管较长时间和泪道冲洗,能显著改善溢泪和降低泪道积脓感染发生率。Objective To investigate the experience of laser plastic operation and keeping irrigating lacrimal duct operatively. Methods The stenosis sections of lacrimal passage were extended with laser plastic operation and artificial tube was left for three to six months, and irri- gating lacrimal duct regularly was needed for two or three times weekly. Results Among the 180 patients epiphora of 163 patients was disap- pear, the symptom of 7 patients was alleviated, and the total efficiency is 98%. The symptom of 3 eyes （about 2% ） hasnl been changed. Conclusions Keeping artificial tube implantation and irrigating lacrimal duct regularly can significantly alleviate epiphora and decrease the possibility of empyema and infection of lacrimal passage.
