摘 要:随着微电网的大力发展,电网公司在与其合作的同时利益会受到一定影响。以分布式光伏和储能组成的微电网为研究对象,以电网公司年收益最大和微电网年投资管理费用最小为目标,计算和比较了不同微电网合作开发模式在最优规划方案下的电网公司收益,采用最小平方法对双目标函数进行简化并采用遗传算法求解,最后以华东某实际电网改编而来的微电网算例进行仿真计算,得出了有利于电网公司和微电网和谐发展的合作开发模式,并验证了分布式光伏和储能装设在同一位置对微电网投资管理和电网公司收益的帮助。With the vigorously development of microgrid, the benefit of power grid company will be affected when cooperating with microgrid. Choosing the microgrid with distributed photovoltaic generation and energy storage as the research object, taking the maximum annual income of the power grid company and the minimum annual cost of the investment management of the microgrid as target, the planning of microgrid is accomplished under different cooperative development modes of power grid company and microgrid and the revenue of power grid company under the optimal planning scheme is compared. The least square method is used to simplify the double objective function and the genetic algorithm is used to solve it. Finally, taking the microgrid adapted from an actual power grid in east China as an example, the simulation calculation is carried out, and the harmonious development mode of power grid company and microgrid development is obtained. Thus the availability of distributed photovoltaic generation and energy storage in the same location for investment management of microgrid and power grid company earnings is verified.
