摘  要:本文以魔帝兜兰(Paphiopedilum maudiea)的种子为材料,使用MS基本培养基添加其它有机营养和植物激素,研究了魔帝兜兰种子萌发、增殖分化和生根的培养基配方等技术.结果表明,以1/2MS+蔗糖30 g/L为种子萌发诱导培养基,种子萌芽快,萌芽率高;魔帝兜兰原球茎增殖与分化优化培养基为MS+BA 2 mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L+活性炭1.5 g/L+椰乳200 m L/L+蔗糖30 g/L;而1/2 MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L+活性炭1 g/L的培养基适合于魔帝兜兰生根培养.In this paper,the technology relative to seed germination,seedling development and seedling rooting of Paphiopedilum maudiea were studied, using MS as basic medium with other organic nutrient and plant hormones. The results showed that optimal medium component for inducing seed germination was 1/2 MS + sugar 20 g/L, by which the seed germination was fast and the rate of seed germination was higher; The optimal medium component for seedling development was MS + BA 2 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L + activated charcoal 1.5 g/L + coconut water 200 mL/L + sugar 20 g/L, by which the seedling was development faster;, it was founded the optimal medium component for seedling rooting was 1/2 MS + IBA 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0.5 mg/L + sugar 20 g/L + activated charcoal 1 g/L, by which the seedling root was strong.
