摘　　要：本文通过对家用和类似用途固定式开关在按照IEC(国际电工委员会)和BS(大不列颠标准)标准检测过程中发现的不合格情况,逐一进行分析和标准释疑,并给出相应的合理设计建议。期望通过在设计初段便解决质量问题,以降低重新制作和认证的成本和时间,减少不合格产品带来的火灾隐患。This article analysis the substandard conditions of the household and similar fixed-switch Based on testing in accordance with the IEC （International Electrotechnical Commission） and BS （British Standard） standard, analysis and explain the doubts in standard, then make the corresponding rational design recommendations. We expect to solve quality problems in the early stage design for reducing the production and re-certified cost and time, and reduce fire hazards caused by substandard products too.
