摘 要:由于锅炉温度这一调节对象的动态特性比较复杂,而工艺对温度的调节要求又比较高,简单的单回路控制系统往往无法满足需求。为解决这一问题,本系统采用S7-200CN系列PLC、热电阻Pt100、温度变送器、调压模块、模拟量扩展模块EM231和EM232以及上位机等组成一个较为先进、稳定的锅炉温度串级控制系统。通过获得中间变量-锅炉内胆温度的数值,并利用它构成一个副反馈回路,预先调节影响中间变量的干扰,进而提高串级控制系统的动态品质。实验结果表明,该系统工作稳定可靠,能较好改善对象的动态特性,提高系统的工作频率,具有较强的抗干扰能力和一定的自适应能力。Since complicate dynamic characteristics of boiler temperature and high technology requirements on theadjustment of temperature, simple single-loop control systems are often unable to meet the demand. To solve the problem,a more advanced and stable cascade control system of boiler temperature is designed by using S7-200CN series PLC, ther-mal resistance Pt100, temperature transmitters, voltage regulator module, analog expansion modules EM231 and EM232as well as PC, and so on. By obtaining the value of an intermediate variable - the temperature of boiler tank, a deputyfeedback loop is established. By preconditioning the effect of intermediate disturbance variables, the dynamic quality ofthe cascade control system can then be improved. Experimental results show that the system is reliable and can better im-prove the dynamic characteristics of the object and the operating iequency of the system. It has a strong anti-jamming a-bility and adaptive capacity.
