摘　　要：设计用最小二乘法确定最小震级,得到b值的最优估值,进而对鹤岗地区的地震形势进行分析。结果显示:该算法可有效准确的估算b值。分析鹤岗地区b值得到该区域5级地震的复发周期为8年左右,下次发生5级地震的时间约在2021年。In this article we design an algorithm with the least square method in order to calculate optimum b value and then we analyze on the earthquake tendency for Hegang and its neighbourhood region. The result shows that we can estimate b value effectively. The earthquake re-occurrence period of Hegang and its neighbourhood region might be eight years. The next earthquake which is greater than magnitude 5 will happen in about 2021.
