摘 要:2013年5月、9月及10月采集了镜泊湖26个位点的浮游藻类,并对所采集的藻类进行了功能群划分.结果显示:镜泊湖的浮游藻类可以分为21个功能群,即C、D、F、G、H1、J、L_O、M、MP、N、P、S1、S2、S_N、T、W1、W2、X1、X2、X3、Y[限于篇幅,各功能群的代表性属(种)和生境特征见表1].不同时期调查的藻类优势功能群存在明显差异,其中,D(适宜较浑浊的浅水水体)、J(适宜混合型高富营养浅水水体)、MP(适宜扰动频繁的浑浊型浅水水体)、X1(适宜混合程度较高的富营养浅水水体)在三次调查中的优势度均>0.02,成为镜泊湖的绝对优势功能群,镜泊湖藻类优势功能群不同时期的演替规律为5月的D+MP+X1+X2经9月的X1+P+MP+LO+J转变成10月的X1+P+MP.CCA分析结果显示,镜泊湖藻类功能群分布受水环境因子影响较为明显.整体上,水温、ρ(DO)、SD、EC、ρ(COD_(Mn))及ρ(NH_3-N)是影响镜泊湖藻类功能群分布格局的主要因素.In order to explore the spatial and temporal characteristics of phytoplankton functional groups in Jingpo Lake of Heilongjiang Province,China, phytoplankton samples at 26 stations were collected in May, September and October, 2013. A total of 21 kinds of phytoplankton functional groups were identified:C,D,F,G,HI,J,Lo,M,MP,N,P,S1,S2,SN,T,W1,W2,X1,X2,X3 and Y. The phytoplankton functional groups were dominated by D (shallow turbid waters), J (well-mixed, enriched shallow lakes), MP (frequently stirred up,inorganically turbid shallow lakes)and X1 (adapted to frequently stirred up, inorganically turbid, and eutrophic shallow lakes) based on the dominant degree( 〉 0.02). Significant differences were found on phytoplankton functional groups in different stations in the three investigations. The successional law of phytoplankton functional groups in different seasons could be summarized as D + MP + X1 + X2 in May,X1 + P + MP + Lo +J in September,and X1 + P + MP in October. Principal component analysis was applied to determine the major potential stressors affecting the habitat of phytoplankton by SPSS 13.0, and canonical correspondence analysis was used to explore the relationship between phytoplankton functional groups and major environmental parameters. The results showed that water temperature( WT ) , dissolved oxygen ( DO ) , transparency ( SD ) , electric conductivity ( EC ) , permanganate index ( CODM. ) and ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N)were the most important factors influencing the distribution of phytoplankton functional groups across the 26 sampling stations.
