摘 要:由于棉籽油中游离棉酚在常温下极易降解(30 d内降解80%以上),现有国标方法很难反映棉籽油的脱毒情况。该文通过自制未脱毒棉籽油样品,考察游离棉酚在棉籽油中的降解情况,确定主要游离棉酚降解产物并鉴定其化学结构,建立棉籽油中主要游离棉酚降解产物的含量测定方法。经LC-FTICRMS质谱仪检测,主要游离棉酚降解产物m/z为573.250 33,推测其分子式为C_(34)H_(37)O_8,鉴定结构为四甲氧基棉酚。对24批市售棉籽油样品进行检测,其中20批棉籽油样品检测到主要游离棉酚降解产物,含量为0.139~0.912μg/m L。通过测定棉籽油中主要游离棉酚降解产物反映游离棉酚的脱毒情况,证明该方法切实可行,可为新疆地区棉籽油的生产和监管提供有效检测方法。Through current national standards the detoxication of cottonseed oil is hard to be detected because the free gossypol in cottonseed oil can easily be degraded at room temperature with a speed of over 80% of its contents within 30 days. This test examines the quantitative relationship between free gossypol and its degradation products by making undegraded cottonseed oil samples,identificates chemical structure of main gossypol degradation products and also establishes a new method to evaluate free gossypol detoxification in cottonseed oil. According to the LC-FFICRMS, the main degradation products of free gossypol m/z was 573.250 33, the molecular formula is C34H37O8, its structure identified as tetramethoxyl gossypol. 24 batches of cotton seed oil samples were tested, and the main free gossypol degradation products were detected in 20 batches of cottonseed oil, the content of which was from 0.139 to 0.912μg/mL. By testing the gossypol detoxification of the degradation products in cottonseed oil, the method is proven feasible as a new method of free gossypol detoxification evaluation in cottonseed oil.
