摘　　要：生命法的调整方法包括生命行政法方法、生命刑事法方法、生命民事法方法和生命国际法方法,它形成了立体、全方位和多角度的调控网络,可以对代孕行为进行有效的控制。由此为视角,为实现对代孕行为的可控性,应该综合运用多种法律调整方法,强化生命行政法的干预作用,充分发挥生命民事法的授权作用和增强生命刑事法的威慑作用。Life adjustment method includes life administrative method, life method of criminal law, life method of civil law and life method of international law. It forms a solid, all-round and multi-angle regulation network, and can effectively control surrogacy. In order to realize the controllability of surrogacy, we should integrate a variety of legal adjustment methods, strengthen the intervention effect of life administrative law, give full play to the authorization of life method of civil law, and reinforce the deterrent effect of life method of criminal law from the perspective of life adjustment method.
