摘　　要：本文对院内紧急气管插管术的麻醉医师负责制之历史与现状、服务中所存在的缺陷、患者及不同学科医师等利益相关方的权益保障和法律责任进行了探讨并结合中外最新实践进展提出对策建议。This paper explores anesthesiologists＇ responsibility in hospital emergency endotracheal intubation, discusses its history, current situation, service defects, rights and interests safeguard and the legal responsibility of patients, physicians and other stakeholders, and the latest progress in practice home and abroad, etc., then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
