摘　　要：本文对司法鉴定人制度所存在的困境进行了分析,认为应从建立鉴定监督机制和引入"专家证人"制度两方面来完善我国医疗损害责任的司法鉴定人制度。This paper analyzes the plight of the existence of the judicial appraiser system, argues that the system of judicial appraiser of medical damage liability in China should be improved by establishing identification supervision mechanism and introducing the expert witness system.
