摘  要:目的优选复方仙草胶囊生产工艺中三七的最佳提取工艺。方法采用紫外分光光度法测得提取液中三七总皂苷的含量为考察指标,对提取方法、提取溶剂、提取前浸泡时间进行了单因素考察,再通过正交试验考察提取溶剂浓度、提取时间、提取次数、提取溶剂用量对三七提取工艺的影响。结果最佳提取工艺条件为:选用70%乙醇,乙醇用量为药材的10倍,浸泡30min,加热回流3次,1次1.5h。结论优选的工艺稳定可行,得率高,操作简便,适合工业生产,为复方仙草胶囊的进一步开发生产提供依据。OBJECTIVE To optimize process extraction of Radix Notoginseng incompound Xiancao cap- sules. METHODS Using ultraviolet spectrophotometry for influence of extraction method, extraction solvent and soak time, were evaluated in single factor tests. Orthogonal test was adopted to investigate effects of the concentration and volume of ethanol, extraction time and times on extraction technology of Radix Notoginseng with yield of panax notoginseng saponins as evaluation index. RESULTS Optimum extraction conditions were as follows: 10 times of 70% ethanol, extracted for 3 times, each time for 1 hour. CONCLUSION This optimized process was stable and feasible, suitable for industrial production, showed higher yield of panax notoginseng saponins and it can provide the references for compound Xiancao Capsule for its further investigation.
