续断散对阿尔兹海默病细胞损伤模型的修复作用

摘　　要：目的探索续断散对神经细胞损伤的修复作用,寻找续断散对神经细胞损伤修复活性方面的最佳炮制品配伍。方法采用Aβ_(25-35)诱导PC12细胞损伤模型,以MTT法测定细胞活力,探索续断散修复Aβ25-35诱导的PC12细胞损伤作用,寻找续断散的最佳炮制品配伍。结果与空白组相比,模型组细胞活力显著降低(P<0.001),表明阿尔兹海默病体外细胞模型建立成功;与模型组相比,续断散能够显著提高细胞活力(P<0.001)。结论续断散具有修复Aβ_(25-35)诱导的PC12细胞损伤的活性,且盐续断-生牛膝配伍组成的续断散作用最佳。OBJECTIVE To explore the repair effects of Xu Duan powers on nerve cell injury and to find the best compatibility of processed products of Xu Duan powders. METHODS PC12 cells injury model was induced by Aβ25-35 and cells viability was determined by MTT method. The repair mechanisms of Xu Duan powers on PC12 cells injured by Aβ25-5 were explored. The best compatibility of processed products of Xu Duan powders was select- ed. RESULTS Compared with the control group, cells viability of the model group decreased significantly （P 〈 0. 001 ）,which showed that in vitro cells model of Alzheimer＇s disease was established successfully. Compared with the model group, Xu Duan powders could significantly improve the cells vitality （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. CONCLUSION Xu Duan powders have activity of repairing the injury of PC12 cells induced by Aβ25-35 , and salt-processedRadix Dipsaci- crude RadixAchyranthis bidentataeowns the best effects.
