摘 要:目的建立清热合剂的质量新标准。方法采用薄层色谱鉴别法对处方中连翘、青蒿、大黄进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定黄芩中黄芩苷的含量。结果薄层色谱鉴别法分别检出连翘、青蒿、大黄,且斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。黄芩苷进样量在0.24979~1.24895μg范围内与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=1.0000),平均加样回收率103.28%,RSD为0.28%(n=6)。结论该实验建立的质量控制方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于清热合剂的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a new quality standard of Qingre mixture. METHODS TLC method was used for qualitative identification of Forsythia, Artemisia annua, rhubarb;HPLC method was used for the content de- termination of Baiealin in Qingre mixture. RESULTS Forsythia, Artemisia annua, rhubarb were detected by TLC re- spectively, the Spots were clear, and negative control without interference. The linear range of Baicalin was 0. 24979 1. 24895μg(r = 1. 0000) ,the average recovery was 103.28% ,and the RSD was 0. 28% (n =6). CONCLUSION The quality control method established by this study is simple, accurate ,reproducible, and can be used for quality control of Qingre mixture.
