腹股沟疝手术围手术期预防使用抗菌药物的干预研究

摘　　要：目的评价干预腹股沟疝手术围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物的效果。方法将病历分成干预前组(70例)和干预组(131例),分别对围手术期预防用药的合理性给予评价。结果干预前组抗菌药物预防性使用率是11.43%;干预组预防性使用抗菌药物的比例降为1.53%。结论通过干预,腹股沟疝手术围手术期预防用药比例明显降低。对该手术围手术期抗菌药物合理应用进行干预具有一定的可行性及有效性。OBJECTIVE To investigate the Intervention on prophylactic application of antibiotics in periopera- tive period of Inguinal Hernia Surgery. METHODS To divide the surgery cases into the nonintervention group （70 cases） and the intervention group （131 cases）to analyze the rationality on the prophylactic application of antibiot- ics. RESULTS The perioperative prophylactic application rate of antibiotics in the nonintervention group and the intervention group was 11.43% and 1.53%. CONCLUSION The perioperative prophylactic application rate of an- tibiotics had been greatly reduced after intervention. It was feasible and available to promote rational use of antibiotics by intervention.
