摘　　要：为解决常规涤纶割圈绒产品在热湿舒适性和手感柔软度方面的缺陷,采用17.78 tex/72 f涤锦复合丝和11.11 tex/36 f涤纶DTY低弹丝,在26针/25.4 mm的割圈绒圆纬机上,开发一款纬编超柔割圈绒面料。详细阐述设备参数、组织结构、原料规格、织针配置、面料参数等编织工艺,以及水洗、开纤、预定形、成品定性、染色等染整工艺,并对面料的保温性、润湿性、色牢度、尺寸稳定性进行测试。结果表明:涤锦复合丝纬编割圈绒织物具有优异的保暖性和润湿性,较高的色牢度、较小的缩率,该研究为纬编超柔割圈绒面料的开发提供参考。In order to solve the problems of conventional polyester cut pile polyester knitted products in the aspects of bad thermal comfort and softness, the paper develops a new kind of weft-knitted super-soft cut pile fabric on 26 gauge terry circular knitting machine by using 17.78 terd72 f polyester-polyamide compound fiber yarn and 11.11 tex/36 f polyester DTY. It introduces in detail the knitting technology ineluding equipment parameters, structures, raw materials, needle arrangement, fabric parameters, dyeing and finishing technology, washing, splitting, pre-setting, size-setting, dyeing and so on, and the warmth retention, wettability, color fastness and dimensional stability are tested. The results show that the polyester-polyamide compound fiber yarn weft-knitted cut pile fabric has excellent warmth retention and wettability, higher color fastness and lower shrinkage, which has provides references for the development of weft-knitted super-soft cut pile fabric.
