摘　　要：采用负离子远红外涤纶DTY低弹丝作为毛绒纱、涤纶FDY长丝作为衬纬和编链纱,经编织、分散染料印花、定形、刷毛、烫剪处理加工,开发了负离子远红外纤维拉舍尔毛毯,介绍了生产各工序工艺参数及生产注意事项。产品经测试,负离子浓度3 877个/cm^3,远红外发射率达到87%,具有广阔的市场前景。The negative ion far infrared knitted raschel blanket was developed by using negative ion far infrared polyester DTY low stretch yarn as plush, polyester FDY filament as weft insertion and chain, which was dyed with disperse dyes, and then setting, brushing, ironing and shearing were applied. The technological parameters and attentions in production were introduced. After testing, negative ion Concentration is 3 877 pieces/cm^3, far-infrared emission rate can reach 87%, and it has wide market prospect.
