摘　　要：在大数据时代背景下,读者的任何行为都变得有迹可循,图书馆应充分采集和挖掘这些读者行为数据,从读者数据中分析读者行为规律和使用习惯,能更好地满足读者的个性化需求,这不仅可以使图书馆管理人员更好地制定决策,也可以使读者更有效率地享受图书馆的各项服务。Under the background of big data era, any act of the readers has become to be tracked, the library should fully collect and dig the behavior data of readers, which can make not only the library management make better de- cision, but also the reader enjoy the library services more efficient.
