摘 要:目的应用128层螺旋CT对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAHS)患者扫描,进行咽后壁及上气道狭窄的评价.方法分别选取46例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者作为观察组,46例健康者作为对照组,均进行颈部CT扫描并测量分析,比较2组受试者上气道各测量参数的差异.结果 OSAHS患者软腭后区、舌后区气道矢状径和横径明显小于对照组(P<0.05),而咽侧壁和后壁厚度大于对照组(P<0.05),软腭长度和厚度均明显大于对照组(P<0.01).结论多层螺旋CT能够有效评价阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者上气道狭窄情况,有助于临床诊治及疗效判断.Objective To analyze the application of multi-slice spiral CT in evaluation of the pharyngeal and upper airway stenosis in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS). Methods We selected 46 cases of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome as the observation group and 46 healthy subjects as the control group. All enrolled patients and healthy subjects were given neck CT scan and measurement analysis, the differences of the parameters of the upper airway were compared between the two groups. Results The sagittal diameter and transverse diameter of airway in the posterior and posterior lingual regions of OSAHS patients were significantly smaller than those in the control group (P〈0.05) , while the thickness of pharyngeal wall and posterior wall were larger than those of the control group (P〈0.05). Soft palate length and thickness were significantly greater than the control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion Multisliee spiral CT can evaluate the airway stenosis of patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, so it is helpful for the clinical diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of OSAS.
