骶髂关节复合体损伤的内固定治疗临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨骶髂关节复合体损伤采用内固定进行治疗的临床效果,并分析.方法选取2013年5月至2014年5月期间收治的42例骶髂关节复合体损伤患者,所有患者均采用经皮空心钉内固定治疗方法进行治疗,分析患者经过治疗后取得的治疗效果.结果所有患者经手术治疗后进行X线扫描、CT扫描复查,患者进行内固定的空心钉位置准确,无位置偏差及损伤骶神经的现象.42例患者经手术治疗后有40例患者骨盆恢复优良,其优良率为95.23%,39例患者的功能恢复优良,优良率为92.86%,患者在手术后1~4个月左右可以下床行走,进行恢复体力的活动,对患者进行为期6~12个月的随访,患者没有出现下肢不等长和骨盆畸形等并发症现象,患者均恢复良好.42例患者经手术治疗后生活质量均明显提高,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论骶髂关节复合体损伤采用内固定进行治疗取得很好的治疗效果,患者生活质量明显提高,且操作比较简单,安全有效.Objectiv complex injury. Methods e To explore the clinical effect of internal fixation in treatment of sacroiliac joint Forty-two patients with sacroiliac joint complex injury who admitted to our hospitals from May 2013 to May 2014 were selected in this study. All enrolled patients were treated by percutaneous cannulated screw internal fixation, and the therapeutic effect was evaluated after treatment. Results All patients received X-ray scanning and CT scanningafter surgical treatment. The location of cannulated screw for internal fixation was accurate, and there was no position deviation and the phenomenon of sacral nerve injury. Among the 42 patients treated by surgery, 40 patients got fine pelvic recovery, the fine rate was 95.23%, 39 cases got good function recovery, the fine rate was 92.86%, and patients could get out of bed to receive rehabilitation training in one to four months after surgery. All patients were followed up for 6 months to 12 months, and all patients recovered well without complications such as inequality length of lower extremity and pelvic deformity. Gonclusion Internal fixation for treatment of sacroiliac joint complex injury can get very good effect, and the operation is simple, safe and effective.
