人皮脂腺细胞体外培养及其在临床研究的应用进展

摘　　要：皮脂腺是皮肤的重要附属器官,其功能的异常与痤疮及其他皮脂腺相关疾病密切相关.人皮脂腺细胞体外培养模型的建立为研究皮脂腺功能及其相关疾病的研究提供了良好的平台.目前已经建立了永生化人皮脂腺细胞系:SZ95细胞、SEB-1细胞和Seb-E6E7细胞,并已成为研究皮脂腺功能和活性调节以及痤疮和其他皮脂腺相关疾病发病机制和治疗的工具.对人皮脂腺细胞体外培养实验方法的各个阶段、永生化人皮脂腺细胞系的建立及其在临床研究方面的应用进展作一综述.Sebaceous gland is the vital appendix organ of skin, and the abnormal of its function is associated with the development of ache and other diseases involving the sebaceous gland. The establishment of human sebocytes culture models in vitro provides a good platform for the study of sebaceous gland function and related diseases. At present, there has been already developed the immortalized human sebaceous gland cell lines, like SZ95 sebocytes, SEB-1 sebocytes, Seb-E6E7 sebocytes, which become unique tools for research on functions and activity regulations of sebaceous gland, as well the pathogenesis and therapy of acne and other sebaceous gland-associated disorders. This article summarizes the foundation of human sebocytes culture models in vitro and the development of immortalized human sebaceous gland cell lines, also discusses its applications in clinic researches.
