摘 要:研究了Cu对铝/钢异种金属电阻点焊的影响。结果表明,铝/钢接头具有熔-钎焊的特点,主要由熔核区和铝/钢界面区组成。熔核区主要为α-Al固溶体;界面区主要由Fe_2Al_5层和Fe_4Al_(13)层组成,是接头最薄弱的区域。Cu对界面区微观组织及接头力学性能具有明显的影响。随着纯Cu中间层厚度(0、50、100μm)增加,界面区宽度减小,接头拉剪力提高。这主要归因于Cu抑制了Al-Fe金属间化合物生长,改善铝/钢界面区的综合力学性能。因此,采用纯Cu中间层是提高铝/钢电阻点焊接头力学性能的有效途径。Effects of Cu on the dissimilar resistance spot welding of aluminium and steel have been investigated in this paper.The results show that the Al-steel joint have welding-brazing characteristics and included the nugget zone and Al/steel interface zone.The nugget zone contains ofα-Al solid solution,and the interface zone containes the Fe2Al5 layer and Fe4Al13 layer,which is the weakest region in the joint.The Cu has significant effects on the interface zone microstructures and joint properties.With increasing of pure Cu interlayer thickness(0,50 and 100μm),the interface zone width dcreased and joint tensile shear force enhanced,which is mainly attributed to Cu restraining the growth of Al-Fe intermetallic compounds and improving properties of Al/steel interface zone.It is an effective way to use the Cu interlayer for enhancing mechanical properties of resistance spot welded joints of aluminium and steel.
