摘  要:港沧Φ406输气管线是大港油田一条重要的天然气外输管道,为了保障管道的安全运行,提供管道维修基础数据,了解输气管道的内腐蚀情况十分必要。为此,在输气管道上应用了三维高清漏磁内检测技术,该技术可对管体进行无损检测。内检测过程包括清管、变形检测、高清晰度漏磁检测。现场应用该技术对82.6 km管道进行内腐蚀检测,得到管道外壁金属损失965处、焊缝异常9处的检测结果。为了验证检测结果的准确性,对部分管道缺陷进行了开挖验证,由开挖结果可知,管道实际发生的缺陷与三维高清漏磁检测技术的检测结果基本吻合,由此证明三维高清漏磁内检测技术在天然气长输管道上获得成功应用,可以为管道的质量验收和管道修复提供依据,同时也可为管道完整性评价提供重要的基础资料。GangCangФ 406 gas pipeline is one of-the important natural gas pipelines in Dagang Oilfield, in order to ensure the security of the pipeline operation, it is important to offer basic data for pipeline maintain and to get the pipeline internal corrosion situation. Therefore, three-dimensional MFL detection technique is applied in the long-distance pipeline, and the technique can conduct non- destructive testing for the pipeJing. The inner detection process includes pigging, deformation detec- tion, high resolution magnetic flux leakage detection. Through the 82.6 km pipeline detection in the field with the technique, the pipe corrosion test results show 965 metal losses in the outer wall dnd 9 abnormal weld joints. To verify the accuracy of the results, some parts of" the pipe defect have been done the excavation verification. The pipeline defects revealed by the excavation results and the three- dimensional high-definition MFL detection technigue results are proved to be basically the same, which proves that this technology can be successfully applied in gas transmission pipeline. It can provide the basisfor the quality inspection of pipeline and pipeline repairing, meanwhile it also provides important basic data for pipeline integrity assessment.
