摘 要:高浓度聚合物驱采出液由于水相黏度大,随着采出液中聚合物含量的升高,油水分离效果变差,游离水脱除后的污水含油浓度和油中含水率均升高。研制的新型游离水脱除装置能够适应高浓度聚合物采出液的处理;针对高浓度聚合物驱采出液研制的破乳剂,在加药量20 mg/L的情况下,经游离水脱除器沉降30 min后的油中含水率在10%左右,污水含油浓度为1000~1500 mg/L,均优于脱水控制指标。Due to high water phase viscosity in high concentration of polymer flooding produced fluid, the increase of polymer concentration in the produced fluid causes more difficult separation of oil and water, and both oil concentration in waste water and water ratio in oil after dehydration increase as well The developed new Free Water Knockouts(FWKOs) can adapt to the treatment of high concentration of polymer produced fluid. Using the demulsifier invented for high concentration of polymer produced liquid with the dosage of 20 mg/L and after 30-minute settlement of FWKOs, water ratio in oil is about 10% and oil concentration in waste water is between 1 000 mg/L to 1 500 mg/L, both of which are superior to required dehydration index.
