摘　　要：通过对函授学生学习动机和学习过程两大方面12个指标的调查数据整理,描述了函授学生学习状况,该状况表明函授学习具有明显的功利驱动性和学习的应付性;因子分析模型的运行结果表明,影响学生函授学习的因素可以归纳为主观和客观两个方面。根据分析结果,设计改进函授教学体制的政策建议。This paper explores correspondence students＇ learning status through investigating 12 indexes 2 general aspects in learning motivation and learning process. Correspondence students＇ learning status is described after cleansing and analyzing the collected data. The status shows that correspondence study has obvious utilitarian driving features and learning perfunctoriness. The running results of factor analysis model show that factors that affect students＇ correspondence study can be summarized as the subjective and objective aspects. According to the analysis results, some suggestions are put forward to improve correspondence teaching system.
