三七叶山楂叶有效部位组合物对实验性脑缺血的保护作用

摘　　要：目的研究三七叶、山楂叶有效部位组合物(SS组合物)对脑缺血的影响。方法雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白组与造模组(模型组,血塞通组,SS组合物高、中、低剂量组,三七叶、山楂叶提取物组),造模组部分大鼠于灌胃给药5d后造局灶性脑缺血模型,造模后继续给药2d然后观察大鼠缺血后的反应能力并断头取脑制成切片做病理检测,造模组剩余大鼠灌胃给药7d后造不完全性脑缺血模型,测脑指数、含水量、SOD、MDA、NO;Wistar大鼠随机分为空白组,血塞通组,SS组合物高、中、低剂量组,三七叶、山楂叶提取物组,灌胃给药7d后测血栓形成时间及血小板聚集率。结果 SS组合物各剂量组均可降低神经功能评分(P<0.05),降低血小板聚集率(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001);高剂量组还可降低脑指数及含水量(P<0.05),升高模型大鼠受损脑组织中SOD、NO含量,降低MDA含量(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001),延长体内血栓形成时间(P<0.01)。结论三七叶、山楂叶有效部位组合物对脑缺血具有很好的保护作用。Objective To research the effects on cerebral ischemia of Panax notoginseng leaves and Crataegus pinnatifida Bge. leaves. Methods Male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group and building model group （model group, XueSaiTong group, SS combination high, middle,low dose group, Notoginseng leaf extract group, Hawthorn leaf extract groups）, part of building model rats were made into the focal cerebral ischemia model after taking the medicine for 5 days and then observe the reactions and make pathology after continuing to take medicine for 2 days. The other part were made into incomplete cerebral ischemia model after taking medicine 7days and then measure brain index,water content, SOD, MDA,NO;Wistar rats were randomly divided nor- mal group , XueSaiTong group, SS combination high, middle,low dose group, Notoginseng leaf extract group, Hawthorn leaf extract groups and the measure thrombosia time and platelet aggregation rate. Results SS combination all dose group can reduce nerve function score （P 〈0.05 ）and platelet aggregation rate（ P 〈0.05 ,P 〈0.01 ,P 〈0. 001 ） ; high dose group can reduce brain index and water content （ P 〈 0.05 ）, rise content of SOD and NO, reduce content of MDA （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0. 001 ） , extend the time of thrombosis （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Effective components from Panax notoginseng leaves and Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.leaves plays a good role in protection for cerebral ischemia.
