摘　　要：本文主要研究热释电红外传感器在电子监控设备中的应用,利用半导体技术和新型材料来加入菲尔透镜提高了热释电红外探测器的防误报性能、控制区域和可靠性等。This paper mainly studies on the application of the pyroelectric infrared sensor in electronic surveil- lance equipment. It uses the semiconductor technology and new materials with Phil lens to improve the performance of anti false alarming, reliability＇, controlling area and so on of the pyroelectric infrared detector.
