摘　　要：目的对深圳市社区卫生服务评价指标体系管理体制维度的指标进行约简优化。方法对深圳市2016年30家社区健康服务中心绩效评价数据进行分析,基于粗糙集约简理论对指标进行优化,根据粗糙集知识信息量理论计算各指标重要度和权重,最后对约简后的指标进行有效性检验。结果对31个管理体制维度的指标优化后保留其中11个指标,采用约简后的指标体系对管理体制维度进行综合评价,按照优秀、良好和一般3类标准对社区健康服务中心进行界定,其评判结果与实际测量指标完全一致。结论基于粗糙集约简理论进行社区卫生服务评价指标体系的优化具有高度的可行性和可靠性。Objectives To optimize the community health service （CHS）evaluation index system in Shenzhen. Methods The evaluation data of 30 CHS centers collected in Shenzhen in 2016 were analyzed. The rough set reduction theory was taken to select the key indicators and determine their weights by calculating the importance. Results 11 key indicators were selected from the original 31 indicators. Using the 11 selected indicators to evaluate the management system, the evaluation results were consistent with the actual measurement results. Conclusions It is highly feasible and reliable to optimize the evaluation index system of community health service based on the rough set reduction theory.
