摘　　要：目的通过整合分析2000—2013年甘肃省卫生总费用的测算结果,评估筹资水平和筹资结构及其发展趋势的合理性,为本地区未来卫生经济发展和卫生政策制定提供参考。方法采用筹资来源法进行测算,在可比价格的基础上分析2000—2013年甘肃省卫生总费用。结果卫生筹资总额和人均卫生总费用增长速度快,但绝对值偏低,卫生消费弹性系数总体较高,卫生筹资结构不合理。结论甘肃省需要进一步增加卫生筹资总额,提高人均卫生总费用,改善筹资结构。Objectives To evaluate the rationality of the financing level, the structure and the changing trend of the total health expenditure（THE） by analyzing the results of THE of Gansu province from 2000-2013,and to contributes some reasonable suggestions for the development of health economy and policy in this region. Methods Financing source method was used to estimate the THE at prices comparable prices in Gansu province from 2000 to 2013. Results The THE and the per capita health expenditure increased rapidly, but the absolute value was low. The elasticity coefficient of the health consumption was relatively high. The health financing structure was not coordinated. Conclusions Gansu province need to further increase the THE and per capita health expenditure and optimize the financing structure.
