摘　　要：根据两会期间所提出的供给侧政策,利用供给侧对当前经济的改革,拉动经济增长,推动产业升级,从而促进私募的完善和发展,使私募更加公开公正化,维护好私募的市场秩序;同时利用供给侧改革给经济带来的利益以及产业改革的机会,为私募的成长制定可行性方案,恢复人们对私募的信心及信任,为私募人士发现更多优质、具有良好发展前景的投资项目,让私募市场能够发展得更好。According to the supply side policies during the two sessions, supply side could reform the current economy, drive the economic growth and promote the industrial upgrading, so as to promote the private placement to perfect and develop openly and fairly and safeguard the market order. Meanwhile, this opportunity could formulate the feasibility project for the growth of the private placement, restore people＇s confidence and trust, and find more high quality private people and investment projects of good development prospects, so as to promote the private placement market better.
