摘 要:采用固相法合成了有机-无机复合电解质聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)/Sn_(1-x)Ta_xP_2O_7。X射线衍射结果表明Sn_(1-x)Ta_xP_2O_7和PTFE复合没有发生反应生成新物质;热分析表明样品稳定性良好;扫描电镜显示样品致密性良好。采用电化学工作站对样品的中温电性能(40~200℃)进行了研究,结果表明:Sn_(0.85)Ta_(0.15)P_2O_7/PTFE在160℃下,电导率达到最大值为:2.8×10^(-2)S/cm。以Sn_(0.85)Ta_(0.15)P_2O_7/PTFE组装H_2/O_2燃料电池性能测试表明,在150℃下,最大输出功率密度为25.8mW/cm^2(厚度:1.8mm)。Firstly,the new organic-inorganic composite electrolytes Sn_(1-x)Ta_xP_2O_7/PTFE were prepared by a solidstate reaction method.XRD showed that there were only peaks corresponding well to Sn_(1-x)Ta_xP_2O_7 and PTFE,without any formation of other substances.TGA proved that the sample had a high stability.SEM images showed that the composite electrolytes were sufficiently dense.The intermediate temperature conduction behavior was investigated by AC impedance spectroscopy in the temperature range of 40~200℃.The highest conductivity was observed to be 2.8×10^(-2)S/cm for Sn_(0.85)Ta_(0.15)P_2O_7/PTFE at 160℃.The H_2/O_2 fuel cell using Sn_(0.85)Ta_(0.15)P_2O_7/PTFE as an electrolyte(1.8mm in thickness)generated the maximum power density of 25.8mW/cm^2 at 150℃.
