摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸(AA)和乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(A-151)为单体,马来酸酐酯单十二酯(HE12)和十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为复合乳化剂,核层壳层分别预乳化,在壳层乳液中添加A-151制备核壳型硅丙乳液。通过对乳液固含量、稳定性、凝胶率、粒度及成膜的吸水率、耐碱性测定,探究了反应温度、引发剂用量、复合乳化剂配比及有机硅用量对成膜性能的影响。结果表明:最优条件得到的壳核型乳液具有优良的成膜性能。Using methyl methacrylate(MMA),butyl acrylate(BA),acrylic acid(AA)and(A-151)as monomers,HE12 and SDS as emulsifiers,the core-shell emulsion was synthesized by means of core monomer and shell monomer preemulsifying separately.A-151 was added in the shell pre-emulsion only.The comprehensive performances of emulsion and the film were examined and analyzed including solid content,stability,coagulum,particle size of emulsion and water absorption and erosion of the film.The effects of temperature,mass ratio of HE12 to SDS,amount of initiator and organosilicon on the emulsion and film were studied.The results showed that optimum conditions were that reaction temperature 85℃,the mass ratio of HE12 to SDS 2∶1,the amount of initiator and organosilicon 0.10% and 10.1% respectively.
