摘 要:为优化二醋酸纤维素的纺丝加工成型工艺,研究了二醋片特性黏度、浓度和溶剂配比对纺丝液性能的影响,并探索了纺丝液性能与所纺纤维形貌和直径之间的关系。结果表明:随着特性黏度和浓度的增大,纺丝液黏度增大,流动性能变差,所纺纤维直径增大;当混合溶剂中丙酮含量低时,纺丝液因黏度和表面张力大,电导率小而无法纺丝只能收集到珠状液滴;逐渐增加丙酮含量,黏度和表面张力减小,电导率增大,所纺纤维直径增大;当使用丙酮/N,N-二甲基乙酰胺的体积比为3∶2时,可以收集到光滑无缺陷的纳米纤维;当丙酮含量较高时,纺丝液因溶剂挥发速率快而凝固从而无法纺丝。In order to optimize the forming process of cellulose diacetate fibers,the effect of intrinsic viscosity,concentration and ratio of the mixed solvents on spinning solution properties were studied and the relationship between solution properties and the morphology and diameter of as-spun nanofibers were also analyzed.The results shown that as the intrinsic viscosity and concentration increased,the viscosity increased,the flow properties declined and the diameter of as-spun nanofibers increased.When the concentration of acetone in the mixed solvents was low,only beaded drops can be collected due to the high viscosity and surface tension as well as the low conductivity.Increasing the acetone concentration,the viscosity and surface tension decreased,the conductivity increased and the diameter of as-spun nanofibers increased.When the ratio of acetone/DMAc was 3∶2,the smooth and defect-free nanofibers can be collected.When the concentration of acetone was high,the spinning dope was solidified due to the fast solvent evaporation rate and then the electrospinning stoped.
