疏水性水性环氧涂料的性能及表征

摘　　要：在水性环氧固化剂中加入自制含氟助剂及其他填料,与水性环氧乳液配制成双组分疏水性水性环氧涂料。讨论了自制含氟助剂的用量对疏水性水性环氧涂料涂层接触角等性能的影响。采用红外光谱法、热分析法和动态力学分析方法对水性环氧涂料涂层固化过程中结构变化特征、涂层热稳定性和涂层耐化学试剂性等性能做了表征。结果表明:自制含氟助剂用量为2%,疏水性水性环氧涂料接触角显著提高,涂料固化反应完全,热稳定性和耐化学试剂性良好。The homemade containing fluoride additives and other fillers were added in waterborne epoxy curing agent,and hydrophobic waterborne epoxy coating was prepared by waterborne epoxy resin emulsion amd the curing agent.The influence of the amount of self-made containing fluoride additives on the contact angle of epoxy coating was discussed.The characteristics of structural change,thermal stability and chemical resistance of coating were characterized by infrared spectrometry,TG thermal analysis and DMA dynamic mechanical analysis.The results showed that the content of self-made containing fluoride additives was 2%,and the contact angle of epoxy coating was significantly improved,and the thermal stability was good,and it had good chemical resistance.
