摘 要:对机械喷涂湿拌抹灰砂浆与普通湿拌抹灰砂浆的性能进行了比较分析,研究了机喷外加剂对M10机械喷涂湿拌抹灰砂浆基本性能和施工性能的影响。结果表明:与普通湿拌抹灰砂浆相比,机械喷涂湿拌抹灰砂浆的抗冻性能、保水性和拉伸粘结强度都有所提高,稠度稍有下降,抗压强度基本不变,施工性能更加优越。随着机喷外加剂掺量的增加,机械喷涂湿拌抹灰砂浆的保水率、拉伸粘结强度、抗冻性能呈上升趋势,稠度不断降低;机喷外加剂最优掺量为0.20%,此时砂浆的抗压强度最高。This paper compared and analyzed the performance of the wet mixing plaster mortar of machine spraying and ordinary wet mixing plaster mortar, and studied the influence of admixture of machine spraying on mechanical properties and construction performance of wet mixing plaster mortar of machine spraying under M10. Results show that the wet mixing plaster mortar of machine spraying has obvious improvement in frost resistance,water retention and tensile bond strength compared with the ordinary wet mixed plaster mortar, the consistence of the mortar has decreased, compressive strength basically unchanged and the construction performance was better. The water retention,tensile bond strength and frost resistance of mortar are increasing with the increase of the dosage of machine-sprayed admixture,while the consistence of the mortar decreases. The optimal dosage of machine-sprayed admixture is 0.20%. At this time,the compressive strength of the mortar is the best.
