单组分瓷砖背胶粘结强度影响因素的研究

摘　　要：通过调整配方中乳液种类、乳液添加量及助剂,制备了单组分瓷砖背胶,并测试其对瓷砖粘结强度的影响。试验结果表明,随着单组分瓷砖背胶中乳液用量的增加,粘结系统的粘结强度也随之提高;当瓷砖背胶中的润湿分散剂用量为0.2%时,单组分瓷砖背胶粘结系统的粘结强度最大。In this paper,by adjusting the formula of emulsion types,emulsion and additives,prepares a one-component ceramic tile gum, and tests their effect on ceramic tile bond strength. The results indicate that bond strength of bonding system increased with the increasing of content of emulsion in one-component ceramic tile gum,when the content of wetting dispersant dosage in ceramic tile gum is 0.2%,the bond strength of bonding system can reach the maximum.
