摘　　要：在石膏砂浆中掺入可再分散乳胶粉、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚和缓凝剂,制备加气混凝土板材专用修补剂,研究了原材料掺量对其凝结时间、抗压强度、压剪粘结强度、保水性和膨胀率等性能的影响,并进行生产应用。结果表明,该修补剂凝结时间适中,具有良好的黏结强度、体积稳定性和保水性,修补后与基材基本无色差,观感良好。A special repairing adhesive for aerated concrete panel was prepared with re-dispersible powder hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and retarder added in gypsum slurry. The effect of the raw materials with different amount on the performance of the setting time, compressive strength, adhesive shearing strength, water retention and volume expansion rate of the repairing adhesive was studied and the production trial was carried out. Results showed that this repairing adhesive had good performances of suitable hardening, strong bonding force,volume stability and good water retention,which was almost no chromatic aberration with the aerated concrete and has good appearance.
