摘　　要：随着高校规模的持续扩大以及社会需求与高等教育供给相互脱节问题的愈发凸显,普通本科院校人才培养质量逐渐成为社会的关注热点。研究发现,传统产业的转型升级、新兴产业的迅速崛起以及产业类型的细化导致相对应的高层次专门人才需求增加。然而,普通本科院校现有的专业结构布局和人才培养内涵仍然难以满足经济社会发展的实际需求。只有通过专业建设管理体制、高校治理模式、课程结构体系、教师专业教学能力、创新创业教育体系的整体性变革,才能有效增强本科院校人才培养与社会需求的匹配度。With the continuous expansion of universities and the increasingly prominent disconnection between the social demand and the higher-education supply, the talent-cultivating quality in universities has become a social hot spot. Studies have found that the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, the rapid rise of the emerging industries and the refinement of industry types have led to the increase ＂of the demand for corresponding high-level specialized talents. However, the layout of the existing professional structure and the talent-cultivating connotation in universities are still difficult to meet the needs of economic and social development. Only by means of the all-round reform of professional construction management system, college governance mode and curriculum structure system, teachers＇ professional teaching ability and innovation of entrepreneurship education system, can we effectively enhance the matching degree of talent-cultivating programs in university and social needs.
