摘 要:目的分析滇西地区自然村地面游离蚤丰盛度的影响因素。方法用Epi Data软件建立数据库,在R软件下应用多元负二项分布回归探索影响自然村地面游离蚤丰盛度的因素。结果地面游离蚤气湿大于49%的自然村捕获地面游离蚤的数量减少59%;傣族自然村捕获地面游离蚤的数量比汉族自然村减少74%,彝族自然村捕获地面游离蚤的数量比汉族自然村减少68%;周围种植水果的自然村捕获地面游离蚤的数量增加3.19倍;捕获超过10只鼠类动物的自然村地面游离蚤的捕获数量减少59%。结论滇西地区自然村地面游离蚤丰盛度与气候因素、社会因素、生活环境因素及鼠形动物丰盛度密切相关。Objective To analyze the influencing factors of abundance of floor fleas in natural villages of western Yunnan.Methods A data set was established using Epi Data software. Multiple negative binomial regression model was used to explore the relationship between the abundance of floor fleas and the potential factors under R software. Results The number of floor fleas in the villages with average humidity over 49% decreased by 59%; Decreased by 74% comparing with Han in the Dai ethnic group villages; Decreased by 68% comparing with Han Yi ethnic group villages; The number in the village planting fruits nearby increased by 3.19 times; In the villages with small mammals captures over 10 decreased by 59%. Conclusion The abundance of floor fleas is closely related to the climate factors,social factors,family environmental factors and the abundance of small mammals.
