摘　　要：【目的】研究南疆干制骏枣不同萃取物对小鼠的降血脂活性。【方法】用高脂饲料建立实验性高脂血症模型小鼠,给予干枣乙醇提取物及干枣氯仿萃取物30天后,测定小鼠体重和血清中胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)以及低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)的含量,并进行分析。【结果】干骏枣乙醇提取物和氯仿萃取物高剂量组均能显著降低小鼠体重和血清TC、TG和LDL-C水平(p<0.05),显著升高小鼠血清HDL-C水平(p<0.05)。【结论】干骏枣乙醇提取物和氯仿萃取物具有一定降血脂作用。[Objective]To study the hypolipidemic effects of different Extracts from dried Jun Jujube in Southern Xinjiang on mice blood lipids.[Methods]Hyperlipidemia experimental model mice was established with high lipid diet,and the mice were treated with dried Jun Jujube Ethanol and Chloroform extracts 30 days.The body weight on mice and serum cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,high-density lipoprotein（HDL-C）,and low density lipoprotein（LDL-C） were measured and analyzed.[Results]Dried Jun Jujube Ethanol and Chloroform extracts in high-dose group could significantly reduce the body weight and serum TC,TG and LDL-C levels of mice（p〈0.05）,significantly increase serum HDL-C level（p〈 0.05）.[Conclusion]Dried Jun Jujube Ethanol and Chloroform extracts has potent hyperlipidemic effect in hyperlipidemia mice.
