摘 要:采用聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)和聚丙烯(PP)中空纤维膜作为支撑体,TBP-煤油作为液膜相,Na OH溶液作为反萃取相,建立了支撑液膜萃取体系.实验研究了液膜相中流动载体(TBP)的质量浓度,反萃取相与料液相的流速对萃取效果的影响.实验结果表明在料液相和反萃取相温度均为20℃、pH值为7.5的操作条件下,当料液相流速、反萃取相流速均为100L/h时,采用PP中空纤维膜作为液膜支撑体效果优于PVDF中空纤维膜材料,萃取效果由73.21%提升到了76.32%,支撑液膜体系能稳定运行24 h以上.Two kinds of supported liquid membrane were prepared with polypropylene (PP) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) hollow fiber membranes as supported body, the mixture of paraffin and tributyl phosphate (TBP) as liquid membrane phase and sodium hydroxide as the stripping agent. The effects of the composition of liquid membrane phase made of tributyl phosphate (TBP) -kerosene, the feed phase flow velocity and the stripping phase flow ve- locity on the treatment of phenol wastewater were investigated. The results showed that under the operating conditions of waste water temperature at 20 ℃, pH at 8.4, feed phase flow rate and stripping phase flow rate at 100 L/h, the extraction efficiency which using PP hol- low fiber membrane as the support body is better than that which using PVDF hollow fiber membrane as the support body, the extraction efficiency raised from 73.21% to 76.32%, the supported liquid membrane extraction system can stably operate more than 24 hours.
