实施护理干预对于慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉鼻内镜术后康复的影响探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨实施护理干预对于慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉鼻内镜术后康复的影响。方法选取2015年4月~2016年6月我院收治的慢性鼻窦炎鼻肉息患者86例,并分为干预组和对照组,各43例,对比患者术后康复情况。结果干预组患者治疗总有效率为95.3%,显著高于对照组81.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者鼻窦测试结果显著对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者实施护理干预有利于患者术后康复,可有效提高患者临床治疗效果。Objective To study the implementation of the nursing intervention of nasal endoscopic surgery for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp rehabilitation effect. Methods Choose 86 cases of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal meat rate, and is divided into intervention group and the control group （n=43, compared to patients with postoperative recovery. Results The total effective rate of intervention group patients was 95.3%, significantly higher than the control group 81.4% （P〈0.05）; Intervention group significantly in the control group, patients with sinus test result gap exists between the statistical significance. Conclusion Nursing intervention for patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp is beneficial to patients with postoperative rehabilitation, which can effectively improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
