摘  要:目的探索研究经皮微创锁定加压钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月~2016年1月于我院收治的胫骨远端骨折患者60例为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,各30例。实验组患者采用经皮微创锁定加压板内固定进行治疗,对照组患者采用传统开放复位内固定进行治疗,观察、研究两组患者的临床情况。结果实验组患者的手术时间、出血量、骨折愈合时间均明显低于对照着患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),随访1年后,实验组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮微创锁定加压板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折具有手术时间短、出血量少、骨折愈合快、并发症少等优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective Explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation in the treatment of distal tibial fractures. Methods 60 cases patients from January 2015 to December 2015 in our hospital for a treatment as the research object, randomly divided into two groups,one group as the experimental group,another as the control group,30 patients in each group,the experimental group were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate fixation for treatment,the control group were treated by the traditional open reduction and internal fixation for treatment,clinical observation and study of two groups of patients. Results The operation time,blood loss,fracture healing time of the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P〈0.05,1 years after the follow-up,the incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P〈0.05. Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate fixation for the treatment of distal tibial fractures had the advantages of shorter operative time,less blood loss,faster fracture healing,fewer complications,and was worthy to have a clinical application.
