摘　　要：通过分析作战试验与鉴定的深层次机理,将基于统计学的试验设计与分析方法应用到作战试验与鉴定过程中,给出了作战试验设计和分析的步骤,分析了其相关理论和方法,通过某型空空导弹的案例分析,对作战试验设计和分析的步骤和方法进行了验证,结果表明:基于统计学的作战试验设计与分析提高了作战试验与鉴定的科学性和严格性。The Statistical test and analysis methodologies are applied to Operational Test and Evaluation （OT＆E） by analyzing the mechanism of OT＆E. The step of Operational Test and analysis （OT＆A） based on Statistical test and analysis methodologies are concluded and the related theory of OT＆A is dis- cussed. An OT＆A case of Air-to-Air Missile are studied to verify the proposed method. Both the science and stringency of OT＆E are improved by applying statistical test and analysis methodologies.
