产教深度融合的建筑类专业实训平台建设研究

摘　　要：实训平台是培养学生动手能力、创新思维的重要载体,有助于更好地实现人才培养目标,实训平台的建设有赖于产教深度融合。以建筑类专业实训平台的建设为例,为培养施工一线的技术技能型人才,学校与企业、政府共建实训平台,以能力培养为出发点和落实点,面向企业、社会需求,共同优化实训内容,应用"互联网+"管理模式,建立长效运营机制,保障实训平台的高效运行。The training platform is an important carrier to cultivate students＂ practical ability and innovative think- ing, which is helpful to realize the goal of cultivating talents. The construction of training platform depends on the deep integration of production and teaching. The construction of professional training platform for the con- struction of building as an example, in order to cultivate the construction line of technical and technical person- nel, schools and enterprises, the Government build training platform to capacity-building as a starting point and implementation point for the enterprise, social needs, Training content, the application of ＂Internet ＋＂ manage- ment model; establish long-term operational mechanism to ensure the efficient operation of training platform.
